On 24 March 2026, a partner meeting of the PROFIŽEL project, organized in cooperation with VRT CZ, took place at the IRIS Hotel Eden in Prague.

The event was attended by representatives of Czech companies participating as project partners, as well as Martin Kolovratník, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Railway Administration (Správa železnic), and Jakub Bazgier, Director of the High-Speed Rail Construction Administration (VRT).

The main focus of the meeting was the current situation in the Czech railway market, the role of domestic companies in the implementation of strategic infrastructure projects, and opportunities for further cooperation between industry and the public sector. Discussions centered particularly on the involvement of Czech companies in the development of modern railway infrastructure, including high-speed rail projects.

The meeting provided an opportunity for open professional dialogue and the exchange of experience among key stakeholders in the sector. Participants agreed on the importance of a coordinated approach to the development of railway infrastructure in the Czech Republic and on the need to strengthen cooperation and communication between public authorities and industrial partners.

Both the PROFIŽEL project and VRT CZ continue to reinforce their role as platforms for cooperation and information exchange across sectors involved in shaping the future of Czech rail transport.
